1.2 The purpose of the website is to provide, free of charge, all those interested in information and announcements by "S.C. Consal Trade S.R.L.". The site is operated and managed by "Consal • Trade".

2.1 CAMPAIGN – the act of exhibiting for commercial purposes, a finite number of information and announcements having a validity for a limited period, established by "Consal • Trade".
2.2 CLIENT – any natural person who has reached the age of 18 who accesses the "Consal • Trade" website, who has expressed his agreement regarding this document.

3.1 The Site specializes in the online publication of information and advertisements.

Continued use of the site by browsing ads is tantamount to customer acceptance. In case of modification of this document, "Consal • Trade" will not inform the Client about this.

4. FRAUD
4.1 "Consal • Trade" does not ask its clients through any means of communication (e-mail/telephone/SMS/etc.) information regarding confidential data such as accounts/bank cards or personal passwords.
4.2 The Customer assumes full responsibility for the disclosure of its confidential data to a third party. "Consal • Trade" disclaims any responsibility, in the situation where a Client would be / is harmed in any way by a third party who would claim to be / represent the interests of "Consal • Trade". The customer will inform "Consal • Trade" about such attempts, using the contact data indicated above.

5. FORCE MAJEURE
5.1 Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform or improper performance of its contractual obligations, if such failure to perform on time and/or properly, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.

6. RESPONSIBILITY
6.1 "Consal • Trade" cannot be held responsible in any way to any customer who uses the site or its content, other than within the limits of the articles constituting the "Terms and Conditions".

7. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION
7.1 This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between "Consal • Trade" and clients will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent courts at the headquarters of "Consal • Trade".
7.2 If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid for any reason, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses.

8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 The content of the website, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, static images, dynamic images, text and / or multimedia content, are the exclusive property of "Consal • Trade", all rights being reserved to it in this regard directly or indirectly (through licenses for use and/or publication).
